Our organisation: money pressure at work
The issue
We want to understand how money pressure is affecting people at our organisation before it shows up in absence, advances or resignations.
What it is likely costing us
Our own estimate: about 30% of 100 people are affected, losing around 1 hour a week each to money worry. That is roughly 130 working hours a month. These are our assumptions; the Pulse replaces them with our staff's own answers.
What we've tried
We haven't addressed this directly yet.
Why now
On a scale of 0 to 10, acting on this matters 5 to us.
Proposed first step
Run Impact Architect's free, anonymous Money Pressure Pulse: a 3-minute staff survey, a read-out in plain HR language and a thirty-minute debrief. It replaces our estimates with our people's own answers before we spend anything.
If the read-out confirms the need, the options are:
- Burnout & Receipts Talk · from R12,500
- Burnout & Receipts Masterclass · R25,000
- Money Mirrors™ Workshop · from R30,000
- 90-Day Programme · R45,000–R55,000
Questions you may have
- Will staff answers stay anonymous?
- Yes. The survey asks for no name or email. Nothing is reported below 10 answers and no group smaller than 5 is shown.
- Will anyone sell to our staff?
- No. Impact Architect sells no financial products and gives no financial advice. Nothing is sold in any session.
- What does the first step cost?
- Nothing. The Money Pressure Pulse, its read-out and a thirty-minute debrief are free, with no obligation.
- Does it count for procurement?
- Impact Architect is B-BBEE Level 1 (135% procurement recognition); the certificate is available on request.
- How will we know it worked?
- The same Pulse runs again after the work, so the change is measured, not assumed.
