Identity statement
A company that cleans because it brings peace.

Brand Architecture · Concept study
Luxury cleaning · AvailableA cleaning company built on one idea: clean is the method, peace is the point.
"I want people to arrive and feel the noise leave them at the door."
The session below is simulated and Still & White is a fictional brand, built to show our method. The method is real.
Step 1 · Listen
Every project starts here. We don't ask about colours or pages. We ask why the business exists, and listen for the sentence underneath the answer.
Let's start simple. What does your company do?
We clean. Homes mostly, a few offices. But if I say "cleaning company" people picture a bucket and a mop. Then they ask for the cheapest quote.
So why do you really clean? Not the business reason. Yours.
Because it brings peace. My mother's house was always spotless. When I walked in from school, everything in my head went quiet. That's what I want to give people.
Take me to the moment a client walks in after your team has been. What happens?
They stop at the door. Bag down, keys down, and they breathe out. Out there everything is messy. Cloudy thoughts, too many voices. In here it's calm.
When you picture that calm, what does it look and feel like?
White. Pure white, and plush. Soft. It must feel like an experience, not a service.
What would you never do in a client's home?
Play music. Talk loudly on the phone. Move their things and not put them back. Spray a strong smell everywhere. And I'd never send strangers. Same team, every time.
Who is it not for?
Someone who wants the cheapest clean by Friday. That's fine, it's just not us. We're for people who are tired and want to come home to something.
What do clients say about you when you're not in the room?
"I can finally switch off." I hear that a lot. Nobody ever says the floors were clean.
Last one. If your website could do one thing to a visitor, what would it be?
I want people to arrive and feel the noise leave them at the door.
Simulated session · fictional client. A real session runs longer and covers more ground; these are the exchanges that shaped Still & White.
Step 2 · Extract
We write the identity down in seven short outputs. Every design decision after this has to trace back to one of them.
Identity statement
A company that cleans because it brings peace.
Purpose
So that when people arrive, the noise of the day leaves them at the door.
The feeling, before and after
The moment of arrival
Keys down. Bag down. One long breath out. Nothing in the room asks anything of them. This is the product.
Five principles
Words we use, words we avoid
The one moment the website must create
The noise leaves at the door.
Before a visitor reads a single service, they should feel the shift from loud to still. A site that only explained calm would be one more voice. So it has to perform it.
Step 3 · Architect
Our framework, filled in for this brand. Read it from the foundation up: nothing above a layer can contradict the layer below it.
Measurement
Walkthroughs booked, weekly clients kept, the words clients use about coming home.
Execution
A site that opens loud and is wiped clean as you scroll.
Process
We listen. We plan. We reset. You arrive.
Systems
A care plan per client, before-photos, the same team, fragrance-free by default.
Structure
Six services, each named after a feeling of arrival, including hotel turnover.
Principles
Quiet

Purpose

Identity · the foundation
A company that cleans because it brings peace.
Step 4 · Translate
Nothing on the site is decoration. Each choice answers something the client said. The tag shows which layer of the building it belongs to.
"Out there everything is messy. Cloudy thoughts, too many voices."
The site opens loud
Drifting words like "load-shedding at 18:00" and "the group chat" over a grey haze. The visitor's own noise, on screen.
"When they get to a place we've cleaned, everything becomes calm."
The wipe to white
As you scroll, a soft white band clears the noise and the page settles on "In here, it's still."
"Pure white, and plush. It must feel like an experience."
Palette, surfaces and type
Warm white with one champagne accent, sunlit marble and folded towels, dust settling in soft light beams as you scroll.
"It's luxury. Not the cheapest quote."
Services named after feelings
The Residence Reset, Still Weekly, Arrival Preparation, Workspace Calm, Move-in Purity and Hotel Turnover.
"Especially for hotels: every guest should walk into the same calm."
A hotels and guest houses section
Turnover between guests, linen pressed and folded, towels embroidered and folded the same way in every room.
"I'd never send strangers. And they must find their things where they left them."
The same team, and before-photos
The same faces every time. Every space is photographed first, so every object goes back where it lives.
"They stop at the door and they breathe out."
The four-step arrival ritual
We listen. We plan. We reset. The last step belongs to the client: You arrive.
"No strong smell everywhere."
"The scent of nothing"
A written promise: fragrance-free by default. Clean should smell like air.
"Nobody says the floors were clean. They say they can switch off."
A booking form that asks about feeling
"How do you want to feel when you walk in?" The answer starts the care plan and becomes the measure.
Step 5 · Produce
Seven things the business keeps. The website is one of them, and it is only as strong as the six behind it.
1
Identity brief

2
Brand line
"We don't sell clean. We return peace."

The website
Loud to still in one scroll, then services and booking.
5
The Standard
Five written promises the team keeps in every room.
6
Care-plan template
What we clean, what we never touch, where everything lives.
7
The measure
Walkthroughs booked, weekly clients kept, the words clients use.
